FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Indianapolis, IN. You will accurately select product per customer orders and handle loading, packing, and shipping to meet safety and productivity standards.

The role uses RF terminals for picking, inventory, and shipping. With 0–2 years of warehouse experience and a strong eye for detail, you will contribute to a reliable, high-quality operation and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience with WMS and RF equipment preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency and flexibility in meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select product according to customer order specifications.
• Load and unload product onto or from delivery vehicles, pallets, etc.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Perform picking and packing duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
• Utilize RF terminals for picking, quality, inventory, and shipping operations.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
• Keep accurate records and reports to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
