Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. in Streetsboro, OH seeks a reliable Vinyl Window Assembler for the 1st shift (Mon-Thu 6am–4:30pm; Fridays overtime).

You will assemble vinyl window components on a production line, fitting frames, glass, and hardware to spec while following safety standards. This full-time position involves inspecting finished products, maintaining a clean work area, and meeting daily production goals while adhering to PPE and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity: ability to handle small parts with precision and perform repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail: meticulously inspect each window for quality issues.
• Basic mechanical skills: understanding of hand and power tools.
• Reading comprehension: ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Teamwork: collaborate effectively with other assembly team members.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related fields.
• Ability to be fluid across production lines.
• Physical ability: standing for extended periods with repetitive motions.

Responsabilités

• Attach frame sections, install glass panes, and secure hardware using hand and power tools.
• Inspect completed windows for defects like gaps, misalignment, and damage.
• Follow safety procedures, including use of PPE.
• Work within established timelines to meet daily production goals.
• Prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
