Job summary

Complete Care at Green Knoll is seeking a Day shift Unit Secretary to join our caring team in a long-term care environment. The role focuses on frontline resident support, communication, and coordinating appointments, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and comfort with basic computer tasks; previous long-term care experience is a plus but not required. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones as necessary.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge to manage resident information and schedules.
• Report all accidents and incidents you observe as soon as possible.
• Transfer hospital appointments and schedule doctor appointments.
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
