• Must be 18+ years of age.
• CA Security Guard Card required.
• Minimum 1 year security leadership experience requested.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while performing general unarmed security duties.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public professionally.
• Prepare written reports and logs neatly and legibly.
• Manage security services at the site, including post orders, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Provide leadership to a team of security officers and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Read, understand and follow operating procedures and instructions.
• Use access control technology and handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
