Job summary

Menards is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service and repair Menard-owned trucks, trailers, and related equipment. You will perform mechanical repairs across light to heavy duties and ensure timely, accurate maintenance.

The role requires diagnostic experience with engines and truck drivetrains, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Hours are 6:00 a.m.–2:45 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Direct mechanical experience or an accredited Technician Degree is required.
• Must be reliable, detail oriented, and able to multitask.
• Must have parts knowledge.
• Must be able to take direction from management and work independently.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs to trucks and trailers.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Perform accurate and timely repairs.
• Look for additional repairs beyond what's listed.
• Perform preventative Maintenance checks on equipment.
• Experience in diagnostic engine repair and truck drivetrain repair.
