Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Production Worker for our manufacturing team in California. The role involves fabrication, assembly, inspection, packaging, and preparation of custom sports facility products, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year in manufacturing, basic drawing literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Evening, overtime and weekend work may occur during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Ability to read work orders, production instructions, safety procedures, and basic drawings.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble custom sports facility products per work orders and specs.
• Measure, cut, sew, assemble, and prepare materials for production.
• Safely operate sewing, cutting, and measuring tools and equipment.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy, and package finished goods for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and report issues to supervisors.
