Qualifications

• Must read work orders, safety procedures and basic drawings.
• Minimum one year in manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or warehouse.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble products per orders, drawings and specs.
• Measure, stretch, cut, sew, assemble and prepare materials.
• Safely operate sewing, grommet, cutting tools and measuring devices.
• Inspect products for quality and workmanship.
• Package, label and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report production issues or material shortages to supervisors.
• Assist with inventory organization and general production support.
