Qualifications

• Previous machine operation experience preferred.
• Able to read and interpret bills of materials and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• SMT experience a plus (not required).
• Experience with Mycronic/MYDATA equipment a plus (not required).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines and load components per job specifications.
• Inspect kits to verify correct components and quantities.
• Verify part numbers, feeder setup, and program selection.
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments.
• Inspect initial output for proper placement and quality.
• Identify and report defects or equipment issues.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
