Job summary

Workwear Outfitters in Nashville, TN is seeking a Shrink Wrap Operator for our distribution warehouse to wrap palletized products, verify loads to BOLs, and assist with shipping and receiving in the Hi-Bay area. You will play a key role in load stability, reducing product damage, and safe material usage while lifting up to 30 lbs in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Expect overtime and possible weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Shrink-wrap palletized products using the shrink-wrap machine.
• Load pallets and assist with trailer loading at the shipping dock.
• Verify boxes on skids to bills of lading (BOLs).
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and follow safety rules.
• Collaborate with the Shipping Specialist to ensure accuracy of loads.
