Workwear Outfitters is seeking a Shrink Wrap Operator for its distribution warehouse. You will shrink-wrap palletized products, operate the shrink-wrap machine, and assist with loading trailers on the shipping dock.
The role requires physical activity in a non-climate-controlled environment and a focus on accuracy and safety. Primary responsibilities include ensuring load stability, protecting goods from damage, and maintaining a tidy work area while adhering to safety rules.

Associates will assist in all phases of both shipping and receiving processes in the Hi-Bay area. Associates must be able to repetitively lift, push, or pull up to 30 lbs. consistently. Associates need to demonstrate quality communication and organization. Associates must be willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment, cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The individual needs to be energetic and follow all safety rules and guidelines. Primary responsibilities will be shrink-wrapping palletized products, utilizing the shrink-wrap machine, plus loading trailers on the shipping dock as needed. Verify boxes on skids to BOL’s and shrink wrap skids of boxes. Work closely with the Shipping Specialist to ensure accuracy and good quality. Maintain a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear Outfitters and is worth sharing with visitors.
HOURS: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required.

By applying consistent, high-quality wrapping techniques - such as proper tension, secure base wraps, and accurate film coverage - a shrink wrap operator prevents shifting, protects goods from damage, and reduces costly returns.
This position requires close attention to detail and quality. This position requires demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others positively. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to work overtime. Ability to work weekends, when needed. Must follow directions well. Good attendance is a must.
