Job summary

Coperion Process Solutions LLC in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support reliable material flow and accurate shipments. You will unload inbound trucks, inspect goods, and prepare materials for shipment.

You will generate packing lists and BOLs, coordinate trucking, and maintain records in our systems while applying 5S and ISO 9001 standards for safe, efficient operations. You will collaborate with teammates in shipping, receiving, and operations to meet daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ months in shipping/receiving or warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely and competently.
• Knowledge of packing lists, bills of lading, and basic inventory processes.
• Comfort using computer systems for data entry and tracking shipments.
• Strong attention to detail to verify quantities and documentation.
• Organize tasks, manage time, and meet shipping/receiving deadlines.
• Good judgment and problem-solving to address discrepancies and keep workflow going.
• Dependable with a safety-first mindset and continuous improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound trucks using a forklift or overhead crane following safety standards.
• Inspect received goods for quality and quantity; document findings and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and package materials using cartons, crates, skids, and pallets for shipment.
• Generate packing lists and shipping documents including bills of lading.
• Arrange transportation services to meet delivery timelines and customer needs.
• Maintain shipping/receiving data in internal systems for visibility and planning.
