Job summary

Skybox Packaging, LLC is seeking a Shipping Dock Assistant for the 2nd shift in Mansfield, OH. This onsite role covers dock and yard operations with a focus on timely inbound/outbound processing and safe handling of trailers and pallets.

Responsibilities include coordinating dock activities, checking shipments, maintaining dock logs, and ensuring compliance with GMP and DOT regulations while supporting the Material Handling Team.

Qualifications

• Dependable, action-oriented team member with accuracy and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of GMPs/BRC and safety requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate dock activities inbound and outbound; maintain dock area flow.
• Check in inbound shipments by PO# and route to correct warehouse.
• Receive LTL and sheet material shipments; keep yard organized and clean.
• Maintain manual Dock Log of driver arrivals/departures and ensure documentation is filed.
• Escort non-Skybox drivers inside the building and ensure safety compliance.
• Support Material Handling Team in unloading/loading and overall dock operations.
