Job summary

OPTI Staffing in Tigard, OR is seeking a dependable Shipping Assistant to join a professional manufacturing environment. You will coordinate shipping, packaging, receiving, and material movement while working with multiple departments to keep operations moving.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in shipping/receiving, is comfortable with MRP/ERP systems, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator who can work independently yet as part of a team. Day shift, Monday–Friday, full-time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of shipping/receiving, warehouse, or related experience.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems or inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process outbound shipments according to company and customer requirements using an MRP system.
• Verify orders and shipping information and accurately enter data into the system.
• Package products and prepare shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
