Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a Process Technician on the D1 shift at the Wilmington fab. You will support day-to-day wafer fabrication activities across processes such as diffusion, ion implant, EPI, CVD, PVD and capping, solving issues and driving improvements.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and hands-on semiconductor manufacturing experience, with strong troubleshooting, documentation, and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues.
• Ability to work independently & in cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support disposition of production lots on hold or needing engineering intervention.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving process/equipment issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production to address challenges.
• Support process improvement initiatives and technical projects.
• Maintain and update process documentation and ECNs.
