Job summary

Pediatric Home Service, Inc. is seeking caring Home Health RNs or LPNs for day shifts in Blue Rapids, Kansas. Join a team dedicated to providing one-on-one pediatric care in homes and schools.

You will assess patients, administer meds and therapies, manage trach, ventilator and G-tube care, and educate families while following individualized care plans. Qualifications

• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Pediatric home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor patient condition and communicate changes with the care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and educate families.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment.

• Location: Blue Rapids, KS (66411)
• Hours: Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8a-6p.
• Client Specifics: 33-year old with a trach and a g-tube.
• Shift Differentials: +$2/hr for Night Shifts and +$2/hr for Weekend Shifts, where applicable

What You’ll Do
