Job summary

Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is seeking compassionate nurses to provide one-on-one pediatric care in home and school settings. Join a team dedicated to helping medically complex children thrive at home, with flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• Experience in pediatric/home health care is preferred.
• Ability to provide care in home and school settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment

Position Details

• Location: Blue Rapids, KS (66411)
• Hours: Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8a-6p.
• Client Specifics: 33-year old with a trach and a g-tube.
• Shift Differentials: +$2/hr for Night Shifts and +$2/hr for Weekend Shifts, where applicable

What You'll Do
