Qualifications

• Pediatric home health nursing experience preferred but training provided.
• Ability to work in home and school settings.
• Strong communication with care team and families.
• Familiarity with trach, ventilator and G-tube care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor patient condition and communicate changes to the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment

• Location: Blue Rapids, KS (66411)
• Hours: Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8a-6p.
• Client Specifics: 33-year old with a trach and a g-tube.
• Shift Differentials: +$2/hr for Night Shifts and +$2/hr for Weekend Shifts, where applicable

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings

Earn More for Select Shifts

• Night Shift Differential, 7 nights/week 7p-7a: +$2.00/hour
• Saturday/Sunday Shift Differential, Saturday 12a-Mon 12a: +$2.00/hour
