Qualifications

• Registered RN with Ohio License and a minimum of one year of RN experience

• Competency in information technology
• Evaluation skills sufficient to report to RN Case Manager clinical details to support patient needs and goals
• Documentation skills sufficient to record patient/family
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients and family needs under the Care Manager
• Support patient goals with clinical detail reporting to the RN Case Manager

Day Shift RN weekend warrior

Falls Village Rehabilitation and Wellness is a 103 bed facility with all private rooms located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.

We are looking for compassionate healthcare employees to join our team. Experienced or newly licensed medical professionals are welcome to apply. • Sign on Bonus- $7500.00 for full time status, $3750.00 for part time status, paid out in quarterly installments if eligible.
