Falls Village Skilled Rehabilitation and Wellness is a 103 bed facility with all private rooms located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.

We are looking for compassionate healthcare employees to join our team. Experienced or newly licensed medical professionals are welcomed to apply. Some BENEFIT Highlights Include:

Sign on Bonus- $7500.00 for full time status, $3750.00 for part time status, paid out in quarterly installments if eligible.

NEW - After 1 year of service earn "Retention bonus" every 90 days.

Offering 12 hour shifts. Work only 3 days a week = full time! Leaving you more free days

$3.00 shift diff for 2nd and 3rd shifts!!!

LPN’s will provide quality nursing care to our patients and family needs; working under the direction of the Care Manager, RN. The care setting is a skilled nursing care facility.

Position Requirements
