Job summary

Eagle Health is seeking a RN Supervisor for day shift in Statesboro, GA. The role supports the Director of Nursing in coordinating clinical staff, admits/discharges patients, and ensures accurate documentation and billing.

You will lead nursing teams, maintain communications with physicians, and uphold care standards in a non-profit, mission-driven setting. The position requires an active GA RN license and a nursing degree, with strong organizational and communication skills to manage daily

Qualifications

• A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or is a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Active RN License to practice in the State of Georgia.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; professional verbal and written communication.
• Ability to interact with physicians, patients, families with courtesy and care.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in organizing and directing day-to-day nursing staff.
• Admit, discharge and transfer patients as requested.
• Documentation and billing supplies management.
• Coordinate care planning/MDS process and committee meetings.
• Supervise and guide unlicensed staff; ensure compliance with policies.
• Communicate effectively with attending physicians and families.
