Job summary

Golden Pavilion Healthcare in Daly City, CA is seeking a Full-Time RN Supervisor for the Day Shift to lead the nursing team and coordinate daily operations in a skilled nursing setting.

You will mentor CNAs and LVNs/LPNs, oversee care planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote resident-centered, high-quality care. California RN licensure is required; leadership experience preferred; competitive salary and benefits offered.

• Ensure timely medications, treatments, and documentation.

• Ensure practices comply with regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and the care team.
• Participate in care planning, quality improvement, and staff education.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a resident-centered culture.
