Bloomfield Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Part Time RN Supervisor for the Day Shift. The role focuses on clinical leadership, staff development, and ensuring high-quality, safe patient care in a long-term care setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN license, preferably BSN prepared, with experience in nursing leadership and staff mentoring. The position offers a supportive environment, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing

Responsibilities

Lead clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Facilitate care delivery model implementation, mentoring staff and coordinating with other departments.
Maintain adequate nursing staff with an emphasis on controlling overtime and agency usage.
Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, and recommendations for promotions/transfers/terminations.
