Job summary
The Peaks Health & Rehabilitation in Flagstaff, AZ, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our senior living community. You will provide high-quality, holistic nursing care and lead licensed and non-professional staff in delivering resident care while ensuring compliance with nursing standards and health care regulations.
We offer a Full Time Day Shift (12 hour) schedule, with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays shifts.
Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the applicable state.
- Prefer one year of nursing experience in long-term care or assisted living.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, holistic nursing care in accordance with standards and regulations.
- Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in resident care and support functions.
- Develop, update, and implement care plans with input from the interdisciplinary team.
- Communicate with health care providers to review treatment plans and orders.
