Job summary

Providence Surgery and Procedure Center seeks a Registered Nurse PreOp PostOp for a full-time role. The RN will provide continuous, high-quality care, monitor patients after anesthesia, and assist in procedure rooms as needed.

The position offers a steady weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements. We value patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process and emphasize teamwork in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing school.
• Current RN license in the state of Washington.
• 1+ years of RN experience in PACU or critical care.
• Current BLS – Healthcare Provider (must be AHA accredited)
• Current ACLS - Healthcare Provider (must be AHA accredited) required within 90 days of hire.
• Current PALS- Healthcare Provider (must be AHA accredited) required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity and quality nursing care for all patients with continual evaluation of condition.
• Assist physicians in procedure rooms with tasks including conscious sedation and sterile technique.
• Deliver comprehensive patient care to patients emerging from anesthesia or sedation, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for discharge.
