Northrise Wellness & Rehabilitation in Las Cruces, NM seeks an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day resident care on a 6:00AM-6:30PM schedule. We value compassion, clear communication, and a team-based approach that supports both staff and residents.

The role includes coordinating admissions, supervising nursing personnel, administering medications, and ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations as well as the MDS process and PCC system.

Qualifications

• Graduate LVN and licensed in state of practice.
• At least 2 years nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to mentor and supervise nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing care per standards and regulations.
• Oversee admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Conduct shift huddles and communicate with DON.
• Coordinate staff assignments and break schedules.
• Administer medications per policy and physician orders.
• Ensure MDS process accuracy and PCC utilization.
