Job summary

Casa De Oro in Las Cruces, NM seeks a Day Shift RN Supervisor for weekends, with 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays and a half-day on Fridays and Mondays.

The RN Supervisor supports the Director of Nursing, leads clinical operations, mentors staff, and coordinates with other departments to ensure quality care and compliant practices. Recruitment and onboarding of nurses are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift.
• Facilitate care delivery, mentor staff, and coordinate with other departments.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate staffing for safe 24/7 care.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation and make recommendations for promotions and transfers.
