Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current, valid Indiana RN or LPN license.
• Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing.
• Complete TB test administrator certification.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient information and collect medical history.
• Assist during examinations and dispense/ administer medications.
• Maintain stock of medical supplies.
• Educate patients about medications and health topics.
• Monitor medication adherence and patient health needs.
• Serve as nursing liaison between patient and care team.
• Refer patients to primary care or specialists as needed.
• Provide emergency interventions as directed.
