Job summary

American Senior Communities invites a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Evansville facility. You will provide compassionate care, monitor residents, and document changes in condition, supporting physical and psychosocial well-being.

This full-time day-shift role offers 12-hour shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM, with weekend rotation and no on-call. You’ll collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
