Job summary

Greenville Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on the Day Shift. You will provide skilled nursing care within an assigned unit, supervise CNAs, and support medical care as directed by nursing management. Our mission emphasizes compassionate, high-quality care aligned with core values.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active RN license in the state. CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
Licensed as an RN in the state employed; license must be active, valid, and in good standing.
CPR certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Initiate and lead team conferences in development of individualized nursing care plans.
Assess and document the residents’ condition and nursing needs.
Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders.
Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments for assigned residents and document that treatment as required by regulations.
Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel.
Assist physicians with tests and procedures within the scope of nursing practice.
Report and record pertinent observations and reactions regarding residents.
Coordinate nursing care of residents when scheduled for therapy or procedures by other departments.
