Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff during your shift.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
Assess, plan, and document resident care according to facility standards.
Respond promptly to changes in residents’ conditions and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
Promote restorative care to encourage resident independence and well-being.
Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety at all times.
Collaborate with physicians, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes.
