Job summary

Wellstar Health System, Inc. is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Nurse for day shifts in Georgia. You will provide individualized, high-quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team, guided by evidence-based practice and Wellstar's governance model.

Role requires active nursing license in Georgia, completion of an accredited program, and commitment to patient safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• RN license in a multistate compact is required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process in patient care with evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team.
• Coordinate care through interdisciplinary rounds and documentation.
• Support performance improvement and adherence to policies.
