Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing functions of Behavioral Health Techs and LPNs in accordance with rules.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Supervise nursing staff while abiding by scope of practice per position.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate care with other services.
• Attend hospital staff meetings and maintain documentation in the EHR.
