Job summary

The RN will supervise Nursing Assistants, document care, administer medications, monitor changes, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current Ohio RN license or multi-state license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to the care plan, including med administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly notify the physician and team of changes.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities by Nursing Assistants and support staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to plan and implement resident-centered care.
• Communicate with residents and families to provide education, updates, and support.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations for long-term care and skilled nursing.
