Job summary

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for patient care from admission to discharge.
• Develops and coordinates care plans including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises and evaluates nursing care within the assigned setting.
• Administers medications, assists with treatments and procedures as required.
• Participates in performance improvement and quality initiatives.
