Job summary

Maple Grove Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri seeks a dedicated RN / Charge Nurse for day-to-day supervision and direct patient care in our skilled nursing facility. You will lead shifts, ensure quality outcomes, and support our team to deliver compassionate resident care.

The role requires active RN licensure in Missouri, a minimum of 2 years in SNF settings, and current BLS/CPR certification. We offer a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing / RN program and licensed in the state of practice, required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs; ALFs as required by state).

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction during supervisory shifts.
• Serve as a resource to staff on the quality of services provided.
• Provide direct resident care; administer meds per policy; carry out physician orders as allowed by Nurse Practice Act.
• Manage nursing personnel on shift to limit overtime and agency staffing.
• Assess staff performance against unit standards and goals.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and update the DON on shift activities.
