Hemingford Care Center in Hemingford, NE is hiring a Day Shift Registered Nurse. Full-time days from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. We serve a geriatric population in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting and value teamwork, compassion, and professional growth.

Responsibilities include medication administration, treatments, recording care activities, and maintaining infection control standards. We offer comprehensive benefits and tuition reimbursement for nursing school.”

Formación

• Licensed RN in the state of employment.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific information in English.
• Full range of motion to lift and move patients.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, administer, and document medications and treatments.
• Record time spent on individual treatments per facility policy.
• Ensure proper storage and security of drugs and biologicals.
• Notify physician of adverse reactions or treatment concerns.
• Keep medication cart and storage areas neat and compliant with policies.
• Assist in orientation and training of new nursing staff.
• Practice infection control and safety policies and procedures.
