Job summary

Formlabs in Perrysburg, OH is seeking a Production Specialist to manage resin preparation and batch completion for photochemistry applications. You will maintain live inventory, follow resin recipes, and ensure batches are ready for production.

This role emphasizes health and safety, quality documentation, and timely execution of schedules. Associates or high school graduates with production experience are encouraged to apply; the position includes PTO, benefits, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or High School degree with production experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work on an independent basis.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable live inventory of raw materials, WIP, and completed batches.
• Provide first-line support to Production on resin-related process issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Create, review, and submit resin recipes to meet production schedules.
• Submit and complete sampling for batching processes for batch approval.
• Maximize resource use to minimize waste and obsolescence.
• Maintain documentation per the Quality Management System.
• Address equipment or batching issues affecting the schedule.
