The successful candidate will provide patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation while working collaboratively with nursing staff. A graduate from an accredited nursing school and a valid RN license in Ohio are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year of clinic experience.
• Must hold and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs.
• Implement medical plans by administering medications.
• Count controlled substances and implement clinical aspects of care.
• Document nursing encounters using the SOAP form of charting.
• Communicate information to nursing staff and physicians.
