Job summary
Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for night shifts. The role centers on delivering patient care in a high-need setting, under supervision of Charge Nurses, using the nursing process from assessment through evaluation.
Requires an accredited nursing degree and active RN license in the employment state, CPR certification, and about one year of clinic experience. This position is open to US residents only and offers a robust compensation and benefits
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN license in the state of employment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
- Prefer a minimum of one year clinic experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in assessing and planning treatment programs with Charge Nurse(s).
- Implement medical plans by administering medications and assisting with tests or procedures.
- Count controlled substances and ensure compliance with policies and protocols.
- Document nursing encounters using SOAP notes and attend mandatory trainings.
- Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians and supervisory personnel.
