Qualifications

• Provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Work under the supervision of Charge Nurse(s) to provide patient education.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs.
• Implement medical plans by administering medications and obtaining diagnostic tests.
• Document nursing encounters and attend mandatory staff meetings.
