Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Recycle Technician in Hillsboro, OR to support recycling, reuse, and reclamation programs. You will work with a team to sort materials, maintain logs, and uphold safety and environmental standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years in recycling, plus safety certifications. CPR/First Aid is a plus; forklift and hazardous waste training may be needed. Shifts are 7:00 am–3:30 pm with $17.35–$18.35 hourly pay.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of recycling experience in a company environment or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus; may require a valid driver's license.
• Forklift certification and Hazardous Waste Handling Training may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; willingness to share knowledge with the team.

Aufgaben

• Perform recycling, reuse, and reclamation tasks safely and efficiently.
• Comply with safety rules, policies and procedures.
• Maintain logs, schedules and proper records of materials handled.
• Sort, inspect and manage materials in dock and collection areas.
• Work in a team, take direction, and communicate professionally with staff and customers.
• Use PPE and maintain a clean work area; support shift lead with punch-lists.
