Job summary

Allen Distribution in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Reach Forklift Operator for the 1st shift (6:00am–4:30pm, Mon–Thu, OT as needed). The role pays $19.00/hour with a $1.50 shift differential when applicable and reports to the General Manager.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading with forklifts, precise product handling, inventory accuracy, and following SOPs. The position requires reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a forklift license.
• Able to use handheld RF Scan Device.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs., sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to twist, stoop, squat and reach above shoulder level.
• Work in a non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet established productivity standards for the account.
• Understand stocking strategy of the operations building.
• Follow SOPs and customer work instructions.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are error and damage free.
• Complete all inbound/outbound paperwork accurately and completely.
• Report inventory discrepancies to supervisor/manager.
