Qualifications

• 2+ years in quality inspection in manufacturing or metal fabrication.
• Experience with AS9100D / ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Proficient in inspection tools (calipers, micrometers).

Responsibilities

• Perform first part, in-process, and final inspections for parts and assemblies.
• Verify conformance to drawings, specs, and quality standards.
• Lead First Article Inspections and document results per AS9100D / Americase QMS.
• Maintain calibration records for inspection equipment (CMMs, calipers, etc).
• Document inspection results using AS9102 forms and Net-Inspect.
