Job summary

You will set up and run production equipment, perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and assist junior operators while following safety policies and standard work. Lifting up to 50 lbs and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
• Ensure equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition.
• Inspect equipment for replacements, malfunctions and repairs.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure capacity and quality.
• Provide assistance to junior operators in their assigned responsibilities.
• Repair and clean equipment as needed.
• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to move equipment between areas.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
