Job summary

Ascentek, Inc. is hiring a Production Worker for a first shift (Mon-Thurs 5:00 am to 3:30 pm; overtime on Fridays as needed). You will operate filling and packaging lines, label products, and palletize finished goods while upholding safety and quality standards.

No prior experience required; training will be provided. You will wear PPE and may work with forklifts, with the ability to lift up to 70 lbs and push/pull drums with assistance. Benefits include medical, dental, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math for production measurements.
• Familiarity with quality and safety procedures.
• Lean/5S knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow work orders to produce and package products.
• Operate bottle-filling, labeling, and related equipment safely.
• Gather materials, set up line, and prepare samples for quality checks.
• Fill, label, pack, and stack products after quality approval.
• Report defects or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain clean work areas and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Work in alignment with daily schedules and priorities.
