Job summary

Rockline Industries, Inc. in Springdale, AR seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency, manage direct reports, and coordinate with maintenance and QA to meet daily production targets.

The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and knowledge of Lean tools; supervision of 2+ teams with compliance to GMP and FDA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, verbal, written, analytical, mathematical, reasoning and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and SPC/SQC tools and techniques.
• A working knowledge of OSGH, GMP, and FDA regulations and guidelines.
• Proficiency with PCs, including Microsoft Office and JD Edwards.
• Understands preventative and operator basic care maintenance and their applications.
• Flexibility in schedule.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in team environment with diverse group of personalities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a high paced working environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute business processes such as maintain production rates and adhere to policy expectations.
• Performance management of direct reports including one-on-ones and development plans.
• Communicate priorities and strategy to team and other functions.
• Ensure safety & quality culture is sustained.
• Manage staffing of full-time and temporary associates.
• Accountable for metrics on shift scorecards and data accuracy.
• Guide troubleshooting on equipment and process deviations.
• Close work orders with correct hours and quantities.
• Investigate and document accident reports and near-miss opportunities.
• Fill in for Asset Leader when needed.

• Contribute to cooperative work and perform other duties as needed.
