Responsibilities

• Perform production, assembly, packaging, and material handling tasks.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery per procedures.
• Inspect products to ensure quality; report defects.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain production records and complete documentation accurately.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.
• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
• Support continuous improvement and participate in team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
