Home Chef in Baltimore is hiring a Production Associate for the day shift (7:00 AM to 5:30 PM) with Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays off. You will pick ingredients, inspect produce, and work in a refrigerated environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and teamwork to keep pace with production. Orientation includes two days, with onboarding and GMP adherence to ensure safety and quality across all processes.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma preferred but not required.
• 6+ months of production/warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick ingredients with strong attention to detail.
• Visually inspect produce during assembly.
• Move between tasks as needed and stay productive.
