American Bath Group in Long Island City, NY is seeking a dependable Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team on the day shift. You will assemble components, inspect quality, package finished products, and support multiple stations to maintain production flow.

The role requires hand/tool experience, attention to detail, and the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and follow precise instructions. Pay is $18.00 per hour, with standard benefits and onsite work.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and safe use of hand/power tools
• Follow written, visual, and verbal work instructions
• Identify part numbers, labels, and product requirements
• Attention to detail for repetitive assembly
• Detect defects and quality concerns
• Basic computer skills for production entries and barcode scans
• Clear communication of production, safety, and quality issues
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to move between workstations

Responsibilities

• Assemble components per work instructions and supervisor direction
• Package products with correct materials and labeling
• Verify part numbers, models, finishes, quantities
• Safely use hand and powered tools and production fixtures
• Perform in-process inspections for defects and missing components
• Notify supervisor of nonconforming materials or products
• Move between stations to support production flow
• Complete production counts and basic computer transactions
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and follow GMP
• Communicate shortages, equipment issues, and safety concerns
