Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Process Technician for the DAY SHIFT in Twin Falls, ID. You will handle day-to-day process improvements, mechanical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to maximize machine efficiency and product quality.

The role requires collaborating with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams, with a focus on safety, reliability and continuous improvement. Travel may be limited; excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Two year Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field is preferred.
• A minimum of five years Industrial Maintenance or Process Technician experience is preferred.
• Interacts with managers, employees, vendors, and customers; effective communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process machines to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Train and develop Operators in blow molding machine operation.
• Make repairs and modifications beyond Operators' abilities.
• Assist in mold changes, resin trials and equipment installation.
• Document downtime, process changes and adjustments accurately.
• Drive line speeds and efficiencies by coordinating with Production, Quality and Maintenance.
• Initiate timely corrective actions when issues arise.
• Provide break coverage and support a respectful team environment.
